Had a fantastic stay with a lovely surprise birthday treat waiting for us in our room! The outdoor swimming pool and spa treatments were just what we needed to unwind. Only downside was the wifi connection, but overall, it was an awesome getaway. 😊

Cosy hotel, not very close to the old city as was mentioned on the site, but fairly situated in the neighbourhood.
The breakfast was not very rich. Poor selection of fruits. The pool has been closed from 7 p.m. We could not let the car there for 2 more hours after check out, even offering to pay for this. We could not pay by card without having a tax of 2.5% about which I never heard about it when I made other payments in Bulgaria. We could not pay in euros. Overall, staying in this hotel was a satisfactory experience.

Consider visiting the rooftop sky bar for very nice sunset views while enjoying themed dinner nights, which offer a good variety of cuisines.

Great location, Quiet , nice sea view, big and confortable room. They didn't ask any commision for payment by credit card. We paid what we agreed with Booked.net
Parking garage should have been free of charge for hotel guest but it wasn'T. It was 10 Leva per day. The breakfast was very poor. For example although the breakfast was from 7:00am to 10:00am, black tea finished at 8:30 am. Also some foods finished at 9:00am and they weren't replaced. The staff in the restauant wasn't friendly and hardworking. In the restaurant tables were always dirty so we had to clean them on our own. Furthermore on the first day when we arrived at room, the toilet was dirty.

We spent a marvelous holyday week in this hotel, very well placed near the sea shore and at the entrance way to the old city. The hotel has a very modern arhitecture, with nice rooms, quite large, all having a view to the see. Hotel, rooms, restaurant kept very clean. All staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast (can be taken inside or outside) is correct, everyone finding something on its taste (even English people can think about starting the day with healthy fresh tomatoes, cucumbers, olives and cheese, instead of beams, bakon and eggs, but they will find these too). In front of the hotel it is a small beach, but the access is quite difficult as big rocks are placed. The real good beach is about 300 m to the East, large, fine sand, well organized, with beds and umbrellas (7 Leva per day for each of them). On the way, a lot of small restaurants were you can eat very well, presenting a surprinsingly large variety of food, starting with fish and sea food, all fresh, as well as very tasty local dishes. In the evening, a walk in the old town can be made every day, as you will find very nice old houses everywhere and you can stop at one of the numerous cosy restaurants facing the sea, with excelent food. A last drink in the night, at the excelent bar on the terrace from the top of the hotel, with a very good music will put a relaxing end of the day. All payments there are made in local currency (Leva). Make the exchange of money only at the bank near the hotel, at the best rate, avoiding the tricky exchange shops.

The hotel is absolutely fantastic, it could use a little bit of more cleaning (for example there were spider's web in certain places of the restaurant), but it was nice if you did not pay attention to this small detail. We liked the pool, and also the view from our room.
As I said above the spider's web from the restaurant.

The hotel is in a prime location, just a short stroll from the charming old town and a quick cab ride from the lively Sunny Beach. We enjoyed a spacious room with a fine side sea view and a fantastic range of food options each day.
My wife's opinion, more evening entertainment options would enhance the experience.

Location, continental breakfast
Homeless cat with parasits sitting on the chairs of the restaurant and being fed by the waiters. Air-condition in room was noisy and thermostat did not work. Service was asked to repair it but nothing happened. I learnt to switch off the fuse, no other solution. Shower was not tight. Water was flowing below the floor and appearing under the bed of the room. Wlan only available on reception. 4 stars?? Where did they buy them? For sure, with the money they saved in the air condition system. I do not trust booking anymore. They offer any hotel and evaluations are not right !!!!

An ideal retreat with fine sea views from the room and the sky bar. The food was consistently fresh, with an excellent selection of homemade desserts that delighted the palate. One downside was the lack of evening entertainment options, which could have enhanced the overall experience. The Wi-Fi connection was uneven, causing some inconvenience . The cleanliness was really good, and the staff were friendly and accommodating.
